The paperwork. Handled in 15 minutes.

Your quotes, your invoices, your reminders in one place. We talk once, and everything is set up the same day.

Free, no bank card. Hosted in Europe.

Tonight, again

The work is done. Your day is not.

A client called to ask where things stand. You told them the same thing as last week.

The quote you promised for Tuesday still hasn't gone out. You know it. So do they.

An invoice has been waiting for weeks. You haven't chased it, because asking for your own money costs you something every time.

So you catch up in the evening. After the real work. At the kitchen table, while everyone else has dinner.

And the quote you never found the time to send, someone else sent theirs.

From tomorrow

You walk in. Someone is already keeping the office.

The quote goes out the same day, in your name, with your logo.

Reminders go out without you. You write them once, they work from then on.

The invoice picks up the quote, line by line. You retype nothing.

Your client sees the progress whenever they want, without having to call you.

And your evenings become evenings again.

Who it is for

Made for those whose real work is elsewhere.

Building site, workshop, studio, agency: your days are spent on the work or with clients. Flowayz keeps the office running meanwhile.

Your trade has its own page. It speaks your language. Find your trade

A grand hotel lobby in the morning, marble staircase and clear light.
The tour begins

Free up your time

Every hour at the desk is an hour you do not invoice.

An old hotel writing desk, a quote resting on a silver tray, an hourglass almost run out.

One sentence, and the quote is written

Describe the work in one sentence. The quote writes itself, under your name and your logo, ready to send. The one that had been waiting since Tuesday goes out today.

A room service trolley rolling alone down a hotel corridor.

Reminders go out without you

You switch them on once — or we do it together during setup. They then go out at the intervals you choose, day 2, day 5 and day 10 by default. Polite, dated, factual. For quotes and invoices alike.

A brass cash register, a quote and its invoice side by side.

The quote becomes the invoice

The invoice picks up the quote, line by line. You retype nothing, and you can see who has paid, who is pending, who is late.

You write the message once, in your words. After that it goes out on time, in your place.

The tour continues

Make your life easier

A prepared hotel suite, a key resting on the bed.
One click, and they are home.

A client portal, no account needed

Your client receives a private link, under your name. They see the progress whenever they want, they only see what concerns them — and you can cut that link in one click.

A hotel concierge desk, numbered keys on the wall and an open ledger.

Each client, with their own page

Their quotes, their invoices, their documents, their appointments: everything lives in one place. You open their page, you know where you stand.

Wooden mail pigeonholes, a gloved hand slipping in an envelope.

Messages stay attached to the project

Conversations and files live in the project folder, not in an email from February. Your client drops theirs in the same place.

They see neither Flowayz nor me: they see your name.

The demo

See what it does for your trade

Describe a job you have on, in a few lines. The document writes itself in front of you, with no sign-up and no card.

Which one is yours?

Nothing is saved unless you ask for it.

The project thread

The project moves forward milestone by milestone. Your client sees it.

Each completed step shows up in their portal: what is done, what comes next. A word, a photo whenever you want, and they feel kept informed. Check-up calls become rare. The trust stays.

Who answers you

I come and set up the tool for you, starting from what you need.

The founder of Flowayz.

I learned to solve problems with code, at école 42.

Over time I understood one thing: we do not need one more tool, we need the right tools, properly configured.

That is what I do with Flowayz: I start from the way you work, I set the tool up with you, and I stay reachable afterwards.

Book a call, and we will look at it together. See available times

One person on their own, yes. That is also why your data leaves here as a file, whenever you want.

How it goes

Three steps, and you are up

  1. Five minutes

    You book a call

You pick a slot. Everything that follows starts there.

  2. Fifteen minutes

    We talk

You explain what you need, we set up your account together: your details, your logo, your rates, your reminders.

  3. The same day

    Your account is ready

You send your first quote that very day.

You have nothing to prepare. Your rates and your logo are enough, and if they are not ready, we manage without.

The offer

We set it up together

Everything in place. From day one.

  • Your quotes, written in one sentence
  • Your invoices, built from the quote
  • Your reminders, switched on during setup
  • Each client, with their own page
  • Your client portal, under your name
  • Your account set up with me

€0

to start — no card, no time limit

Then €16 per month (excl. VAT) to invoice with Flowayz, no commitment.

The free account stays free, with no time limit: quotes, documents, client portal. Invoices and reminders belong to the Starter plan.

Any paid plan started before 30 September 2026 keeps −25% for twelve months.

Straight talk

What people think but never say to me

These five get thought without being said. I would rather answer them before the call.

Why a call? I just want to see the tool.

You can: the account opens without talking to me, the button is further up. The call is not a filter, it is a shortcut — an account set up for your trade, your rates and your reminders beats an empty account abandoned at the third field. A quarter of an hour now, or an evening of guesswork later.

You are on your own. What if you stop?

That is the right question to ask someone self-employed, and I would rather answer it with a fact than a promise: everything you put in here comes back out. Your clients, quotes, invoices and documents, in files your spreadsheet opens, plus a full export of your account. You do not have to bet on how long I last — you keep hold of your data.

If I change my mind in six months, do I lose everything?

No, and it is not a matter of trust: it is a button in your settings. You export, you close the account, there is no minimum term. The account stays recoverable for thirty days, just in case — after that it really is gone.

An email will go out in my name. What if it upsets a client?

It is not a robot email, it is yours: we write it together during setup, in your words. You choose the rhythm — day 2, day 5 and day 10 by default — and you can ask to be notified instead of letting the message go out. A polite reminder that arrives on time upsets less than three weeks of silence followed by an awkward phone call.

Free, no card. Where is the catch?

There is none, and the model fits in one sentence: the free account does not invoice. The day you want to issue your invoices from Flowayz, you take the paid plan — that is where I make my living, not on your data, which is neither sold nor passed on. No minimum term: you stop from your account, whenever you want.

The questions

What people ask me, and what I answer

I am hopeless with computers. Will I manage?

Yes. We set up your account together, on the phone, and you leave with a tool already configured. After that, you write in plain language in simple fields — if you can send an email, you can do this.

How much does it cost?

The account is free, with no card and no time limit. To invoice with Flowayz, the Starter plan is €16 per month (excl. VAT), no commitment. The full details are on the pricing page.

What if I want to stop in three months?

You close the account. There is no commitment, and your documents leave with you.

All my clients are already somewhere else. Do I have to retype everything?

No. Your clients import from a file, and imports from Bonsai, Indy, HoneyBook, Dubsado or Notion are guided. We do it together during setup.

Will my accountant find their way around?

Yes. Your invoices are numbered and dated, and their amounts are locked once an invoice is issued. You hand them over as PDFs, and the list exports to a file that opens straight in their spreadsheet.

Who am I bothering if I have a problem?

No one. You write to the person who built the tool and set up your account, and he answers you.

Does my client have to create an account?

No. They receive a private link, under your name. On their first visit they confirm their email address, then they enter directly for seven days without retyping anything. You can cut that link at any time.

Is this artificial intelligence? What does it do without me?

It writes drafts: the quote, the project brief. Nothing goes out without your review. Reminders follow the schedule you set — day 2, day 5 and day 10 by default.

How exactly do I get my data back?

From your settings. Your clients, quotes, invoices and exchanges each export to a file your spreadsheet opens, or all together as one archive. A full account export covers the rest, in the format set out by article 20 of the GDPR. Your accountant has their own export, in the accounting-entries format.

Who reads what I write in the tool?

Nobody on my side reads your files. To draft the documents — the quote, the specification — the text you type is sent to an artificial intelligence provider, named in the privacy policy together with what is passed to it. I would rather tell you here than let you find out.

Will my invoices be in order for the electronic invoicing reform?

Your invoices are numbered, dated, sequential, and their amounts no longer move once the invoice is issued. They are generated in the Factur-X format, the one the reform requires. Receiving electronic invoices is open on every account, whatever the plan: it is a legal obligation, not a paid option.

I already have a tool for part of this.

Then the question is not adding one, it is removing one. Flowayz replaces the client notebook, the quote spreadsheet and the mail folder — not the other way round. If after setup you still have to keep a file on the side, we set it up badly: tell me, and we start again.

The call

Pick your slot

Fifteen minutes on the phone, and your account is set up the same day.

What happens: we set your account up together. What does not: a sales pitch.

And if Flowayz does not suit the way you work, I will tell you during the call.
