Why a call? I just want to see the tool.
You can: the account opens without me, the button is further up. The call is not a filter, it is a shortcut. An account set to your trade is useful straight away. An empty one gets abandoned at the third field. A quarter of an hour now, or an evening later.
You are on your own. What if you stop?
That is the right question. I answer it with a fact: everything you put in here comes out. Your clients, your quotes, your invoices and your exchanges leave as a complete export of your account, from your settings, in the format set out by article 20 of the GDPR. You do not have to bet on me. Your data stays yours.
If I change my mind in six months, do I lose everything?
No. It is a button in your settings: you export, you close the account. No minimum term. The account stays recoverable for thirty days, then it is gone for good.
An email will go out in my name. What if it upsets a client?
That email is yours: we write it together during the setup, in your words. You choose the rhythm — day 2, day 5 and day 10 by default — and you can ask to be told rather than let the message leave. A polite reminder arriving on time lands better than an awkward call three weeks later.
Free, no card. Where is the catch?
There is none. The free account carries a business getting going: your quotes, three invoices a month, five clients, your client space. The day those ceilings start to pinch, you take the paid plan — that is where I make my living, not on your data, which is neither sold nor handed on.

We set your account up together, on the phone. You leave with an account that is ready and a first quote to send.
How much does it cost?
0 € to get going: your quotes, three invoices a month, five clients, your client space. 16 € excl. VAT a month the day those ceilings start to pinch, with no commitment. The detail of each plan is on the pricing page.
And if I want to stop in three months?
You export your data and close the account from your settings. Nothing else to do.
All my clients are already somewhere else. Do I have to retype everything?
No. Export your list from the tool you use now, then, on your Clients page, click Import. The columns are recognised on their own, in English as in French. A name and an email address are enough, and you decide what happens to the ones already here.
Will my accountant find their way around?
Yes. Your invoices are numbered, dated, sequential, and their amounts stop moving once the invoice is issued. You pass them on as PDFs, and your accountant has a dedicated export in the bookkeeping-entry format.
Who do I bother if something goes wrong?
Me. Directly.
Does my client have to create an account?
No. He gets a private link. On the first visit a code arrives by email, and that is all. You can cut that link whenever you want.
Is this artificial intelligence? What does it do without me?
It writes the draft of your quote from your sentence. You read it over, you correct it, you send it. The reminders are yours, written during the setup.
How exactly do I get my data back?
A button in your settings gives you a complete export of your account, in the format set out by article 20 of the GDPR. Your accountant has a dedicated export in the bookkeeping-entry format.
Who reads what I write in the tool?
Nobody on my side reads your files. Your data is hosted in Europe, and it is neither sold nor handed on. To write a draft, the text you type goes to an artificial intelligence provider located outside the European Union, under standard contractual clauses: it is named in the privacy policy, along with what is sent to it.
Will my invoices comply with the reform?
Your invoices are numbered, dated, sequential, and their amounts stop moving once issued. The Business plan also produces the regulatory XML file, to the EN 16931 standard. Transmission through an approved platform is not in place yet: I will tell you plainly the day it is. Receiving, on the other hand, is open on every account, whatever the plan.
I already have a tool for part of all this.
