By accessing and using Flowayz, you agree to be bound by these terms of use.

2. Description of the service

Flowayz is a SaaS platform that turns client briefs into professional technical requirements documents using AI.

3. User accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential.

4. Plans and payments

Payments are processed through Mollie. Subscriptions are billed for the period selected and renew automatically unless cancelled.

5. Intellectual property

The requirements documents generated by the service belong to you. You keep all rights over the data you import into Flowayz.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Flowayz for unlawful or fraudulent activities, or for activities that infringe the rights of third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

Flowayz is not liable for business decisions based on the generated documents. Those documents must be reviewed by qualified professionals.

8. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
