Export your data from HoneyBook

Moving from HoneyBook to Flowayz needs your data export. Follow these steps — 3 minutes total.

Sign in to HoneyBook on a desktop

Export data isn't available in the mobile app. Use the workspace admin account.

Tip: If you run multiple brands, export each brand separately.

Open My Account → Export Data

Click your avatar (top right), then My Account. The Data tab shows the Export Data section.

Tip: Older plans label it 'Account Settings → Data management'.

Pick what to export

Check: Contacts, Projects, Invoices, Contracts, Payments. CSV format. Time range: 'All time' to grab the full history.

Tip: Don't skip Payments if you want your payment history carried over.

Wait for the export email (5-15 min)

HoneyBook emails a download link. Link valid for 24h. Save the .zip to your computer.

Tip: Email late? Check spam. Otherwise re-trigger — known HoneyBook quirk.

Upload the .zip to Flowayz

Back on the Flowayz migration modal, drop the .zip. The AI converts dates, currencies and languages automatically.

Tip: In the Flowayz preview, double-check the VAT rate — you can adjust it before final import.

Ready to migrate?

Once your export is downloaded, head back to the HoneyBook migration page and launch it. The AI does the rest.
