Export your data from Dubsado

Moving from Dubsado to Flowayz needs a data export. Here are the steps, timed to the minute.

Sign in to Dubsado on a desktop

Export only works in the web app, not mobile. Use the Owner account.

Tip: Export each brand separately if you run multiple.

Open Account Settings → Data Management → Export

From the Account menu (top right), open Account Settings. The Data Management tab holds the Export section.

Tip: Can't see the tab? You might be a Member role instead of Owner.

Check the right data categories

Clients, Projects, Invoices, Contracts, Forms (questionnaires + submissions), Workflows. CSV for data, PDF for signed contracts.

Tip: Keep Workflows checked — we use them to suggest Flowayz equivalents.

Trigger the export and wait for the email

Dubsado emails a download link in 10-20 minutes (slower than most). Link valid for 48h.

Tip: Lots of file attachments can push the export past an hour. Be patient.

Upload the .zip to Flowayz

Back on the Flowayz landing, click 'Start my free migration' and drop the zip. The AI maps workflows automatically.

Tip: In the Flowayz preview, open the Workflows section — disable the ones you no longer need.

Ready to migrate?

Once your export is downloaded, head back to the Dubsado migration page and launch it. The AI does the rest.
