Does Flowayz replace Indy for bookkeeping?

For quotes, invoices and client tracking: yes. For pure French accounting (URSSAF, balance sheets, tax returns), many users keep Indy alongside Flowayz, with Flowayz exporting entries to Indy. That's the most common setup right now.

Is my invoice numbering preserved?

Yes. Indy numbering is imported as-is to keep your fiscal chronology consistent. New invoices issued from Flowayz continue the sequence without breaks.

Can I run Indy and Flowayz in parallel?

Absolutely. Many freelancers do this during transition. You can also export your Flowayz invoices as CSV and re-import them into Indy if you want a single accounting source of truth.

What about expenses and bookkeeping documents?

Sprint 1 covers clients, quotes, invoices and contracts. Expense receipts land in sprint 2 of AI migration. If you have lots of them, we'll run a live onboarding to handle them manually in the meantime.
